There is no mental health in isolation, and the society we live in plays a key role in psychological distress. Healing involves becoming aware of these interdependencies.

03What sets us apart

An integral and appreciative way of accompanying

We're not just another practice. This is the perspective that makes SISU a different kind of space.

Social perspective

We understand mental health within each person's life, cultural and social context.

Close care

Human, empathetic, respectful and judgment-free support.

Coordinated work

We share perspective, supervision and criteria across the team to care for every process.

Professional approach

Interdisciplinary team, therapeutic rigour and continuous training.

Bonds and life process

We work with emotions, and also with relationships and the moment you're in.

Safe space

Confidentiality, active listening and a space designed to breathe.

04 / Social commitment

Therapy with social commitment

At SISU we believe mental health should not be a privilege. That's why we reserve some places at adapted rates for people in situations of vulnerability or with financial difficulties.

This commitment is part of how we understand psychology: a professional, human practice connected to people's social reality.

05FAQ

Frequently asked questions

You don't have to wait until you feel bad or go through a crisis to start a therapeutic process. Sometimes we simply feel the need to understand ourselves better, navigate a change, take care of our emotional well-being or find a space where we can pause, reflect and listen to ourselves. Therapy can be a place of support, growth and accompaniment, where you can explore what you are going through at your own pace and with respect for your story and your needs.
