03What sets us apart
We are more than just another therapy practice. This is the perspective that makes SISU a unique space.
We look at each person's unique life experience, paying attention to their cultural and social context.
Human, empathetic, respectful, and non-judgmental support.
We share perspectives, supervision, and clinical judgement as a team to support each therapeutic process.
An interdisciplinary team, evidence-informed practice, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
We work with emotions, but also with the relationships we build and the life circumstances that shape us.
Confidentiality, active listening, and a space where you can pause, reflect, and breathe.
04 / Social commitment
At SISU, we believe mental health care should not be a privilege. That is why we offer a number of reduced-fee places for people experiencing financial hardship or vulnerable circumstances.
This commitment reflects how we understand psychology: as a professional, human practice that is deeply connected to people's social realities.

You don't have to wait until you feel bad or go through a crisis to start a therapeutic process. Sometimes we simply feel the need to understand ourselves better, navigate a change, take care of our emotional well-being or find a space where we can pause, reflect and listen to ourselves. Therapy can be a place of support, growth and accompaniment, where you can explore what you are going through at your own pace and with respect for your story and your needs.
