2. Owner's professional details
Carmen Navarro Romero is a psychologist registered with the Col·legi Oficial de Psicologia de Catalunya, licence no. 28,627, with a Degree in Psychology from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and membership of the Societat Catalana de Teràpia Familiar. Her activity is carried out under the regulations applicable to the practice of psychology and the professional deontology of the college.
3. Professional team and collaborations
In addition to Carmen Navarro Romero, the project includes Maria-Waleska Vivas (Social Anthropologist and Family Psychotherapist, FEATF accreditation), Evangelina Cifuentes Vivante (General Health Psychologist, licence no. 33,616) and Laura Amaro Prieto (General Health Psychologist, licence no. 35,798). When an enquiry has to be handled by a specific professional, data may be shared internally only to the extent necessary to manage the request, with confidentiality and professional secrecy applying.

Identification and contact data (name, surname, email, phone); data related to the enquiry (general reason, preferred modality, availability, contact preference); form and external channel data (email, phone, WhatsApp); technical navigation data (IP, browser, device, OS, pages visited) depending on the cookies used; and data required for the provision of professional services if a relationship starts. The form is only delivered to SISU's email and is not stored in Google Sheets or any other external database. Avoid sending extensive clinical information or sensitive data through initial contact channels.
5. Purposes of processing
Handling requests for information, managing initial contact or booking requests, assessing the modality of care, forwarding the enquiry to the corresponding professional, providing the agreed professional services, complying with legal/tax/administrative/deontological obligations, maintaining site security and, where legally required, managing analytics or similar cookies.
6. Legal basis
Consent of the data subject, application of pre-contractual measures at their request, performance of the professional relationship, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest in site security and, where applicable, explicit consent for the processing of data related to health or psychological wellbeing, with professional secrecy applying.
7. Use of the contact form
The form enables initial communication, information requests or availability enquiries. Data entered is sent only to sisubcnpsicologia@gmail.com and is not automatically stored in external databases from the site. Sending the form does not start a therapeutic relationship or replace a professional assessment.
8. Communications by email, phone and WhatsApp
Email, phone and WhatsApp are voluntary contact channels. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own policies. Phone and WhatsApp are not urgent-care channels and do not replace emergency services.
9. Minors and family therapy
For enquiries involving minors, whether individually or within family therapy, the request may not be attended without the signed consent of both parents or legal representatives, except in the exceptional cases legally provided for. Documentation may be requested to verify legitimacy and protect the minor's rights. Minors' personal data should not be provided by anyone without legitimacy to do so.
10. Retention period
Data will be kept as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, afterwards, for the periods required to address legal, professional, administrative or deontological responsibilities.
11. Recipients
As a general rule, data is not shared with third parties, except by legal obligation, consent, or where necessary to handle the request or provide the service. Data may be accessed, strictly as necessary, by: SISU's team professionals; providers of hosting, maintenance and IT security; providers of email and management tools; messaging providers (email, WhatsApp); advisers, accountants or lawyers; and public authorities, courts or professional bodies where legally required. Providers act as data processors with appropriate safeguards.
12. International transfers
Where technology tools involve international data transfers, they will be carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided by applicable law (adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms).
13. Data subject rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and not to be subject to automated decisions by sending a request to sisubcnpsicologia@gmail.com.
